HiYield Plus™ Gel / PCR DNA Mini Kit is the upgraded version of YDF. pH indicator and ready-to-use 3M Sodium Acetate (pH5.0) buffer are provided. pH Indicator provides visual identification of optimal pH, ensuring maximum yields. Typical recovery is up to 90% for gel extraction and up to 95% for PCR cleanup. PCR cleanup can be completed within 10 minutes.

HIT Competent Cells™-GM2163 is an E. coli K12 strain suitable for the propagation of plasmid or cloned DNA to be cut with Dam or Dcm-sensitive restriction enzymes. This strain is both Dam¡V and Dcm¡V, so it is useful for production of DNA to be cut with Dam or Dcm-sensitive restriction enzymes. This strain is resistant to Chloramphenicol and it is not suitable for blue/white screening.
HIT Competent Cells™-DH10B was designed for the propagation of large insert DNA library clones. It is used extensively for high DNA transformation efficiency and maintenance of large plasmids. This strain is an MC1061 derivative, Streptomycin resistant. DH10B is suitable for the cloning of methylated cytosine or adenine containing DNA in blue/white screening.
